Lunar eclipse

Today was the first total lunar eclipse in two years. This eclipse fell on the same day as this year’s winter solstice, which is an rare occurance, with the last time that happened being 456 years ago in the year 1554 according to NASA. The eclipse lasted 72 minutes.
